The Clinique Clarifying Lotion is a pink-coloured liquid/solution. This is actually a toner which you are supposed to use post washing your face. It has a strong fragrance of alcohol which can really put you off when you use it initially, but once you use it over a period of time, you will get used to it.
This toner is fantastic. it isn’t too harsh to cause irritation but it’s definitely been helping with my blackheads and massive pores. it also helps to mattify the skin without completely drying it out. and it’s a fantastic deep cleaner to prepare for the rest of my nighttime routine. i use this every night bc it’s been helping with the oil control in my T zone.
Jumbo Clarifying Lotion 3 de-flakes and polish stinger and oilier skin it has help improved my appearance & texture. It’s kinda of on the strong side of formula I would recommend a cotton ball or pad and dab, dab gently in the main focus areas that you want to see improvement. When use to the product I would recommend wiping on face and throat.
I love that there is not a sticky residue, that I don’t smell like I was dipped in alcohol, and that the makeup around my hairline and any soap left on my face is quickly swept away. I’m so impressed I got the jumbo. Ever since I started the three step and targeted products my makeup goes on so much smoother and prettier.
The formula is quite high on alcohol and stings my face. So, I prefer to apply my moisturiser quickly to calm my skin, but, a few days back, I read somewhere that toners without alcohol are merely hydrators and it made a lot of sense to me.
I will wholeheartedly recommend this product to ladies with oily-combination skin. I am looking forward to try the new, improved formula of this which is said to have less amount of alcohol.
