This is a great waterproof mascera remover! Clinique’s Take The Day Off range is excellent and this lid, lash & lip remover is no exception!
This product is very easy to use all you need to do is shake the bottle and use a cotton ball If you use a lot of eye makeup like i do it will take 2 cotton balls to get it all off. It is very effective. It’s a bit greasy but that is to be expected in a makeup remover. I just rinse it off after it removes all my makeup. Does not irritate my eyes at all. Gentle yet effective.
It comes in the usual pretty Clinique packaging & has a safety lock cap which is open neck. Texture is a water/oil hybrid. This product does a brilliant job of getting off my eye & lip makeup. I barely need to rub my eyes for my makeup to come off. Overall, an excellent makeup remover. Doesn’t sting, minimal effort to remove makeup & no fragrance.
It rinses clean when I follow with my cleanser, doesnt irritate my eyes, and gets waterproof liner and mascara off. I put a little onto a cotton pad and hold it on my lashes for a few seconds before gently wiping the makeup away and my mascara comes off easily. It’s pricier than most makeup removers I’ve used, but it lasts a long time and takes so little to remove my makeup that it feels worth it.
It’s kind of expensive, but still better than all the other eye make up removers that I’ve tried so far.
